Sport Interface with JNC International landed a development study in order to optimize the accessibility, security, mobility and the landscapes.
The site of the “Lacs de l’Eau d’Heure” is a tourist and leisure area of 1800 hectares joining multiple lakes and different landscapes such as forests and grasslands. Following the recent development of the tourist attractions around the lakes, the site will arrive to a critical capacity threshold where infrastructures and equipment should be adapted to keep satisfying the visitors.
Therefore, JNC International and Sport Interface’s mission was to propose a requalification of public areas to optimize the accessibility, the security and the landscapes. Field interviews with operating structures sourced our analysis of the issues reported by the managing team.
However, before engaging in the territory planning, a Masterplan will be developed. This Masterplan will provide a global strategic vision coping with local focus and territory issues.
