BWPromo, a rising real estate developer in Wallonia Region, committed Sport Interface for their expertise in sport facilities. They are currently building a residential area in Petit Baulers (Nothern Nivelles) which contains residential, commercial, working and sport facilities. They are looking to optimize the choice of future sport facilities.
Sport Interface came in with a triangular approach that includes field’s needs, public identification and potential operators. A geo-marketing analysis contributes to complete this approach. Practically, Sport Interface activated a dialog with public authorities and field’s actors to identify the needs in sport facilities. The goal of the mission is to provide the best fitting options for sport facilities in this area.
